SCTE TechExpo25 has partnered with fielddrive to offer exhibitors the ability to purchase lead retrieval for use during SCTE TechExpo25

fielddrive Leads easily collects contact information from participants visiting your stand and allows you to follow up with them immediately or post event.

There are two options for lead retrieval:

App License Only – you use your own device (phone / tablet) to download the app and scan the participant’s badge.
Handheld Device – rent a handheld device with the app installed to scan participants’ badges.

Both options will capture the participant’s contact information, and you add notes on the spot.

All collected leads are stored in your own password-protected portal where you can access and export them from any device at any time.

Best Practice Guidelines

Please ensure when scanning badges with the app that:

1.You clearly ask for each delegate’s permission to get in touch after the event – this is a GDPR requirement

2.You are on your exhibitor stand. No scanning is permitted in common areas of the venue.
