REBA is partnering with fielddrive to offer sponsors an intuitive lead retrieval app — fielddrive Leads — designed to seamlessly collect contact information from participants visiting your stands. The app simplifies lead retrieval, and also enables you to efficiently follow up with potential clients, fostering stronger connections post-event.
N.B. For each delegate badge scanned, by default you will receive their Firstname, Surname, Job Title, Company & Email (no telephone number).
If you wish to have the delegate’s phone number, you will need to add a custom field to collect this from them. Other custom fields to enhance the data you collect could include categorising of the leads. E.g. warm, existing client, and so on or a tick box to immediately send a brochure etc.
